Our reliable technology
We start by grinding the floor to prepare for the primer. Our epoxy is designed to penetrate deeply into the concrete and create a profile that ensures good adhesion. We take care of any cracks before applying our epoxy water vapor barrier primer. While the primer is still wet, we add chips for extra texture. Our 1-Day Process
At our company, our team of highly skilled installers works together to efficiently implement our 4-step process in a single day. Following our tried-and-true method, you can confidently step on your brand-new flooring after only 12 hours, and have it fully operational the next day.
Step 1: Surface Restore
Before fixing any visible cracks or surface imperfections, we first use diamond-grinding to thoroughly clean and strip your floor to a smooth, pristine surface.
Step 2: Base Coat
We utilize a specially-formulated, two-part base coat that creates a chemical and mechanical bond. It effectively seals in any concrete dust present during the application process while keeping the base coat completely odorless.
Step 3: Protective Chips
You have the option to select from our range of popular color chip blends, or you can even create a completely custom blend that perfectly matches your unique style and aesthetic preferences.
Step 4: Clear Top Coat
We utilize a low-odor polyaspartic top coat that quickly cures overnight. This means that you can confidently drive on your newly coated floor the very next day.
